Just finished rereading this great story. Loved all the new rules Tony had come up with. Yes there was some grumbling from some of the older agents, but I suspect that there wasn't nearly as much as Tony had expected because they would all know that Gibbs was one of the worst offenders. Especially the no bathroom breaks or going without meals. I suspect that the other old timers saw very quickly the changes in their teams work with the mandatory breaks and down time and days off, exception being only a hot case. They quickly started to see an increase in efficiently.

I really loved how Tony put Abby in her place. Especially the fact the person Tony brought in was there to keep an eye on Abby. That tells you the person wasn't really her assistant, but was probably capable of doing her job and just as good. When the rule said no food or drink in the lab, I was already hearing Abby throw a tantrum. And it sounds like Tony also removed her music since she was acting so childish, or as he told Jimmy she was acting more so and there just wasn't a word to describe her.

Fantastic story, love that Tony was able to grow and view his life with Gibbs without blinders on. Jimmy might be my favorite guy though, everyone needs a friend like that in their life. Thank you for sharing your story with us.

This was great. I hated how Tony was treated when Gibbs went to Mexico, so this was a good revenge. Love the Tony-Jimmy connection.
