I’m really enjoying this fic. This part really got to me. All kinds of feels. I’m team Edward on this. Even with me knowing that Bella lied to Charlie I still feel like he didn’t do enough. He had his suspicions but only asked a child about them? If it were me and I had doubts, I’d have shown up unannounced to Renee’s door so I could get the real picture. I’m not doubting he loved her but it wasn’t enough effort. And Charlie should be ashamed.

I’m probably emotional about this because my parents were foster parents for about 15 years. The good kind. My youngest brother is a foster we adopted and he was abused and neglected by his biological parents. If I saw one of them today- well I would have a hard time not tearing them up! My brother is an adult now and they both tried giving them sob stories about what happened but there’s no excuse. He won’t have anything to do with them.

Edward needs anger management classes, and to grow up a bit! He and Bella kind of havea co-dependent relationship.

My father was killed in a boating accident, too. We have a Ferris wheel in my hometown, and I love it! It goes around to give a lovely view of the Harbor.

This thing with Kel dying is so, so sad! I hope Renee doesn't try to pull anything , or Alice, and Edward might punch her lights out! And, well deserved!
