Since I am sometimes busy, I will only be able to betaread when I have time. However, I'll try and get as much done as I can in my free time. Be patient, that's all I ask.

I prefer to read stories from authors that are dedicated to their writing. The more work you put into writing the story, the more effort I'll put into betareading it. I also prefer that the stories are clean and contain no inappropriate material. I reserve the right to refuse to read any story that fails to meet this criteria.

I enjoy well-written humor or romance fanfics, as well as a few adventure fics.

My strengths are in noticing spelling/grammatical errors. I know that when writing it can be easy to make mistakes and miss these kind of things.

I also know my categories pretty well. Some gaps may be because I haven't been exposed to that particular subject/topic pertaining to the catergory. Example: I haven't read Inkdeath, the third book in Cornelia Funke's Inkheart Series. (Don't spoil it) Therefore, I wouldn't know much about that book.

I tend to be a bit overcritical when I come across something that I totally abhorr/dislike. I'll try and keep a level head when betareading...

Also I'm pretty bad at developing original characters. Something always has me stumped when dealing with them.

I would prefer stories that have either humor or romance. Humor because it makes my task more enjoyable... and Romance because I'm a sucker for those kind of things.

Also I would prefer stories that are in alignment with my beta preferences.

I would like to avoid betareading M-rated stories and stories whose catergories I am unfamiliar with. Stick to the beta preferences and you'll be fine. If you have questions regarding whether I would betaread something or not, contact me.
