Originally from Tennessee, I'm a restless person who often decides to pack up and move with little notice. At the moment, I'm living in downtown Chicago, where I study digital media and creative non-fiction at Columbia College. Between full-time classes, a part-time internship, a family spread out across multiple states, and friends who are less than sane, my schedule is kind of random. Writing fic is just something I do for myself, which is why I keep the majority of my writing to myself, post quite a bit at my livejournal and hardly any here (though I'm working on that).

I also spend way too much time watching, talking, and obsessing over television shows and (especially) ships. I have a penchant for unconventional pairings and crossovers so I write about those a lot. I watch almost everything (seriously) but below are the fandoms I actively participate in/write and read for, just in case there's actually one person out there who cares.

Angel/Buffy. In my mind, Buffy belongs with Spike and Willow belongs with Oz. I go back and forth between Cordelia and Anya for Xander. Darla/Linsey is hawt.

Alias. Rachel and Sark are the most under appreciated ship ever, there needs to be more fic with them! I'll settle for some nice Sark/Lauren though.

Bones. Booth and Brennan are soulmates, I think we can all agree on that much. Angela and Hodgins are adorable but I want to see more Sweets/Daisy, damn it!

Friday Night Lights. In canon, I'm all about the Matt/Julie and Tyra/Landry but, fanon-wise, Tim/Julie are the hottest thing ever.

Gilmore Girls. Rory/Jess will forever by first and favorite OTP of all time, though I go through phases of infatuation with Rory/Finn and adore Lane/Dave. (Zach who?)

Gossip Girl. Nate/Jenny is my main ship on the show, as I cannot stand Vanessa unless she's wreaking havoc with Chuck. In canon, I prefer Blair/Chuck and Dan/Serena, but I think Dan/Blair would be lots of fun as well.

Harry Potter. Draco/Hermione will always be it for me, but I indluge in some Ron/Hermione and Neville/Anyone from time to time to. More people should love George/Luna.

How I Met Your Mother. Ted who? Barney and Robin steal the show (and my heart). Marshall and Lily are just the couple I want to be a part of.

Heroes. I gave up on the show when they killed Adam, who I adore and will ship with anyone. Occasionally I go for any combination of Adam/Claire/Peter or Elle/Sylar.

One Tree Hill. I gave up on the actual show a long time ago but I still catch random clips online and enjoy reading my favorite pairings: Brooke/Jake. Chris/Anyone. Brooke/Julian.

Queer As Folk. Brian is one of my all time favorite characters and I love him and Justin so I can't deal with Michael as anything but the best friend, I prefer him with the professor.

Roswell. Michael/Maria will always have a huge place in my heart. I tend to go Liz/Max and Is/Whoever for ensemble fics but I have a soft spot for Kyle/Liz, Kyle/Tess, or Kyle/Anyone, really.

Ugly Betty. While I love the relationship between Betty and Daniel, I totally root for Betty/Gio all the way. Die, Henry, die.

Veronica Mars. I like really random pairings that involve the smaller characters (Gia/Leo, Cassidy/Lily, Weevil/Anyone, etc) but Mac/Dick is one of my biggest OTPs.
