How Felix Codash got his powers

At the age 5, Felix Codash went in his father lab. He tried to help his father's experiment. He grabbed two different test tube and mixed them together. What he didn't know, he made a bomb by mixing the two things together. Everyone in the lab died except Felix. Because he survived, he gained the power to control the following: plasma, energy and gas. By that, his parents were disappointed with him. Felix had enough and ran away at the age 7.
