My name's Rae, and I used to write mostly wrestling fiction, but have recently found both my feet firmly planted in the Supernatural. The show, not the general concept of the supernatural. Which, I'm sure, you already figured out. Ahem.

I have three goals when I write:

1.) To amuse and entertain myself.

2.) To be as realistic as possible within a fictional world.

3.) To create characters and situations that resonate with people, provoking thought and emotion.

Sometimes I think I succeed, and sometimes I'm sure I fall incredibly short. For a long time, the first item on the list was 'to get a whole bunch of reviews and, therefore, be popular.' Because, apparently, my brain was still in junior high. (Not that there's anything wrong with being in junior high, if you're 13 or 14. I'm not, so it was kinda pathetic.) Now I really am just writing what I want, what appeals to me, and hoping that somebody out there is kinda diggin' it, for whatever reason.

I keep telling myself I'm gonna brush this profile up with quotes or movie lines or something . . . just never seems to happen. Maybe someday. Sigh
