Author has written 29 stories for Friends. I thought this was itching for a change. Hey ya'll! Lauren here. If I was more eloquent, my bio page would be bursting with creativity, but just so we're on the same page, I suck at these things. Good enough? Okay. Whew. Here's some basic information about me, just so I don't seem creepy and aloof: me llamo Lauren y tengo dieciseis anos. If you can't read novice Spanish, then I'm sorry. I'm from Washington (State, not DC, so if one more person asks me about the east coast I'll throw myself into Puget Sound). I have a younger brother and about fifty different species of animals. (And if you think I actually have fifty different species of animals, learn to process sarcasm). Writing is my life - like most people here - but unlike some of you, I want to be a playwright. So there's something different. Let's see . . . obviously, my forte is Friends, because, really, it's pretty self-explanatory. I'm proud to say I officially own all ten seasons, a feat in itself (I'd like to thank my mother and my father, my friends, and the kids I babysit . . .). Within my fanfictions, I usually write Monica/Chandler, but I also have a soft spot for Rachel/Chandler (we'll finish it, Amy, we can do it!). Chandler/Joey is divine. Mmm. Here's some quick reference, because I'm so original: Music: THE Beatles (who doesn't love the Beatles, man?), Cake, Crash Test Dummies, Tragically Hip, Aimee Mann,Train, Presidents of the USA, Bare-Naked Ladies, Franz Ferdinand, Kaiser Chiefs, We Are Scientists, Aqualung, Antony and the Johnsons, Hot Hot Heat, Death Cab for Cutie (go Seattle, woot!). Probably a lot more, but I'm at a loss for now. TV: Friends (I bow down to you), Lost (I literally live for Wednesdays), Whose Line is it Anyway, Seinfeld, and the Simpsons. Short, yes? Too bad TV has gone down the drain. Books: Anything by Jane Austen, the Harry Potter series (except for book six -I think I murdered someone), A Prayer for Owen Meany by John Irving (my all-time favorite - you wanna win some points? Read that book and tell me. I'll love you forever.), anything by Madeline L'Engle, C.S. Lewis, or Tolkien. Oh, and Shakespeare, who truly rocks my socks - in the most dignified of ways, of course. I truly love you all, and thank you for all your time and support. (Pssst, read Lupinsmoon12391's work, she's incredible, sweet, and so very talented. I take off my metaphorical hat in honor of her). Now shoo. |
