I have not been very active on here, and I can't guarantee that this will change. In the past I've made promises to produce more (to whom, I wonder now, because I don't believe many were ever really waiting for promises... perhaps I was just making promises to myself), but I've found that my pace is never a very prompt one. I usually don't even like what I write until months afterward, and ultimately I am the type of creator who creates in bursts of inspiration--which means both posting and writing are acts that are far between, and when combined it makes updates even farther between. Fellow writers have said that you cannot wait for 'moods' when it comes to writing, because your mind needs to learn that it needs to get down to work (Pearl S. Buck). There are deadlines. There are goals. But there are also writers who have said to disregard what any writer says about themselves and their way of writing (Lillian Hellman).
