My first obsession was with Batman. It started then with me, at the ripe age of 10, I was in love with men who wore masks. Batman and Catwoman are perfect together. I definitely have a thing for dangerous/unrequited/star-crossed lovers. My love for Batman was followed by the Dread Pirate Roberts (Princess Bride) but both were surpassed in 10th grade when I had to read Gaston Leroux’s The Phantom of the Opera. I engrossed myself in all things Phantom: Susan Kaye’s, Andrew Lloyd Webber’s, and Joel Schumacher’s. It was my love for Erik, and desire to see him with Christine, that first brought me to Fanfiction.net about 3 years ago. I left it for a while until a new obsession arose in me: Eric from the Southern Vampire Mysteries. (I know, he doesn’t wear a mask but his name is Eric… so the connection still works. Kind of. Right?) This is my first time writing for fanfiction.net although I have a few other stories in various other locations. I am an Eric shipper and a Sookie shipper. I want good things to happen with both of them. If it means they end up together, then I am all for that. But I place my trust fully in Charlaine Harris’ genius.

Winding Paths: I intend this to be a semi-long story. It is about pain and suffering but also rebirth and growth. Oh, and definitely love. But it won’t be uncomplicated love. (Updates on this have gotten slowerrrrrr I know. I'm out of school and have a big kid job and seemingly less freetime.)
