 Author has written 3 stories for Fallout, Bible, and Avengers. Greetings. I'm a 41-year-old woman who is about to finish her Ph.D. in media studies. I teach media and speech at a public university. I'm an avid video gamer, I love to read sci-fi, classic fantasy, urban fantasy, and paranormal romance. I've played the piano since age 5, so I'm not a bad hand at it now. Politically, I'm a progressive liberal. Theologically, I am a progressive Christian. I've been happily married for almost 16 years to a great guy who shares most of my loves--and who has a lovely tenor voice to boot. I just published my first fanfic set in the post-apocalyptic Fallout game universe--a bit ironic, as I tend to prefer the Elder Scrolls series to Fallout. |

Vee finds Loki-banished from Asgard for good reason, stripped of almost all magic, and physically wounded-and takes care of his cat form. I have always had a soft spot for the maligned elder brother of the prodigal son. This story always made me happy to be an only child. I have placed this retelling in a modern setting with the bitter elder brother becoming a sister, as women seem to bear the brunt of being overlooked and taken for granted in a family.
