About my self:

A New writer to the world of fiction, I been a long time lover of books and love to read for long hours at a time. was mostly a outdoors kind of person before I rediscovered my love for all things fictional. I am hoping to bring forth projects that might inspire others, to be willing to look past stories that are all ready set in stone, and not be afraid to go off the beaten path for a good story. Sometimes you can only paint the side of a shed so many colors, before the allure goes away, and people point out you just repainted the side of a shed a different color again. Hopely with my story telling, I can show people that sometimes thinking outside of the box. when it comes to the use of characters, and the situations you put them in, have a greater impact than retelling canon with a slight twist.

Things I Dislike:

Mindless Character Bashing.

I don't have a lot of dislikes, as I will give anything a solid shot, But one of the few things I dislike in fiction is pointless character bashing. It is one thing to put a character in a situation, so he or she can improve themselves for the better. It is another to pointlessly bash a character to the point that it over saturates the plot and story to make another character look good.

For Example, Many people hate Sakura form the Naruto manga since her personality is less than desired, but I can count on one hand the amount of stories some would put the work in the improve her weaknesses and character flaws to make her maturity grow better. She is normally targeted for a lot of bashing, it is a rarity someone is willing to breathe some life into her character.

Immortal/Ageless Plot devices

While I don't mind it every once and a while,I'm starting to see a saturation when it comes to these Immortal stories. A lot of these stories tend to be greek style harem stories, with little to no story behind it. Can't really do much with the Immortal plot, since what danger can a true immortal character truly face? Since he or she can't die in the end? Or how do you keep the story going, if the immortal character keeps winning and even if he loses, its normally against weak characters for the sake of a plot point.
