In which everything changes, but also nothing does. (aka: the one where Anakin Skywalker is a Jedi Knight pretending to be a Sith, Emperor Palpatine thinks he's won, Obi-Wan Kenobi thinks his brother's betrayed him, and Leia Organa is stuck in the middle of it.)

Once the spark begins to shine, we all think; maybe there's hope, perhaps the fire is alight once more. Then again, only time will tell. OR: Vader remembers Padmé, Luke and Leia are reunited with their father at a young age, and Anakin is freed.

In the final battle on the second Death Star, Luke defeats Vader and Palpatine, but something feels off. Then Luke finds that Vader was his father and in his grief he himself turns to the Dark Side and declares himself Emperor. Meanwhile, Yoda and Obi-Wan bring Anakin back to save his son from the same fate he suffered. AU; Bespin never happened, rated K but may be T further in.

The Doctor throws his screwdriver away, and against all odds, Time Lady Rose Tyler finds it and manages to get back to her own universe. OR: Rose returns, and Clara and the Doctor find another TARDIS in Cardiff. (one-shot, happy ending, 12/Rose)
