About a week after the Apocalypse-that-wasn't, Aziraphale and Crowley are drinking in the back of the bookshop when Aziraphale asks why Crowley never takes his glasses off, even when they are alone. Crowley never talked about his time as an angel. Aziraphale never asked. But when Hell sends Crowley a package containing his most painful memories, it is Aziraphale who is plunged into the nightmare history of when his beloved friend, the angel who had once been Crowley, was hurled from the Heavens into the bowels of Hell.

It's been six months since the Apocalypse-that-wasn't. It's winter, and Crowley shows up at the bookshop and practically wraps himself around Aziraphale to warm up, because he's cold-blooded and it's cold outside. "I'm sorry about your friend." The words were soft, murmured mostly into the cushion of Crowley's couch. Across the room and barely awake enough to still be connected to reality, Crowley could do little more than blink at him. "I'm sorry?" "Your friend," Aziraphale replied slowly. "The one who died."

Shortly after the almost-Armageddon, a particular angel and demon have more time on their hands then they know what to do with. One can't always be saving the world, sometimes other things need be done. Of course, with these two, not a moment can ever possibly be dull.

Takes place while Crowley is working as Nanny Ashtoreth for the Dowlings. One night, Aziraphale makes a discovery that could change everything. (Crossdressing!Crowley). PWP

Angels are, supposedly, the embodiment of the seven heavenly virtues. After all, how could they properly lead humanity away from sin if they themselves did not lead by example? Unfortunately, Aziraphale has never been the most angelic of angels. (A one-shot series of Aziraphale partaking in the seven deadly sins.)

Aziraphale is attacked by some angels who also threaten to find and kill Crowley. He manages to defeat some of them and escape from the rest, making it back to the bookshop, injured and worried about Crowley. This story takes place just after the Apocalypse-That-Wasn't. Crowley has (what Aziraphale initially thinks is) a brush with death, causing the angel to confess some things he's been putting off saying.

It was not in an angels nature to understand Forgiveness. Crowley teaches Aziraphale about it. Based on my first thoughts when I heard the line "but I would always know the stain was there... underneath" in the mini series. Haven't yet read the book but the story as well as the fandom are so amazing I was inspired.

Aziraphale comes across a word he doesn't know - Crowley enlightens him

Aziraphale sat there like that for who knows how long, trembling in what he could only assume was a panic attack. Emotions continued to clash within him. Crowley has always been there when Aziraphale needs him. It's a dance as old as time itself. No matter where in the world they are or how much time has passed. He briefly considered breaking down the door at Aziraphale's, to give the angel no other choice but to resolve the dispute between them, then and there. But he respected their boundaries, he would never force his presence so quickly when it was clear that separation was best. So Crowley did the next best thing. He slept.

The scene where Crowley invited Aziraphale to come to his place is very suggestive, so I just filled in the gaps. Small drabble, no smut but this fic should be gayer than a tree full of monkeys full of nitrous oxide. :D And I just really wanted to write something and these two celestial beings are amazingly fun to write.
