So basically...

I love writing. I have really appreciated alot of stories on this site, and I had some of my own I wanted to put on. I love Discworld Novels, RA Salvatore's Forgotten Realms books (i haven't really gotten into anyone elses), LOTR, and POTC. I am a Harry Potter nut, but I actually detest Harry himself. Thanks to fandom, I have found I am not alone. All you SSHG, BZGW, and DMHG shippers out there, I agree that the only good pairing for Harry is no pairing for Harry. Or Ron.

I am also a Broadway nut. You've been warned.

For those people who are interested, as I have gotten questions on this, my sn, shieldmaidenofmithrilhall comes from Lord of the Rings and Salvatore's Forgotten Realms Drizzt Novels. The Shieldmaiden part comes from Lady Eowyn, who is called the shield maiden of Rohan, and Mithrill Hall is the dwarven city that King Bruenor and company discovered/rule/fight over (this is why they are called the companions of the hall). So anyway, sorry for sounding pompous and longwinded about that.

Oklahoma! -The Hogwaorts kiddies are putting on a musical. It will be DMHG and eventual BZGW, with a little HPGW at first (though it pains me to write it). And if you don't like the idea of Snape romance, don't read it, b/c there will be some Snape/OCness. But nt Mary Sue. I swear, if it's mary sue, I will not post it.

Continuing stories

How it should have happened - absolutely amazing, if I do say so myself. Actually, the writing is crap, but it's full of Harry Bashing. What more do you want? It's not on hiatus, I promise i just wrote a new chapter (I can see all seven reviewers sitting w/bated breath...or cursing, as many are apt to do). I just can't upload it. Flame, I don't care. It's fun to write. This next chapter (year 4) is my favourite. Requisites: in every chapter, Harry must die, and Draco and Hermione must get together. If Ron dies, I get bonus points. He doesn't die in year 4.
