Trust me, I'm girly.

No, I don't have ten pairs of shoes.

I have two. My normal tennis shoes, and my basketball shoes.

I don't spend hours doing my hair in the morning.

It only takes about thirty seconds.

I don't go to parties every week.

I don't remember the last one I went to.

I'm not the 'it' girl.

I don't want to be.

I don't dance, do gymnastics, or cheer leading.

Just basketball, tennis, and a little golf.

I don't put on ten pounds of makeup every morning.

Eww gross!

My life's dream isn't to become a pop-star or a model.

I want to go to law school, thank you very much.

But I'm a girly girl.

Did you know that there are billions of us girls in the world?

I'm going to bet that a lot of us don't have ten pairs of shoes,

or are the social queen of the school.

But we're still girls.

Why is it that a fraction of us, one personality type,

gets to determine the stereotype for our gender.

We're all girls,

and isn't girly just girly with a 'y'?

I understand that Scissors can beat Paper, and I get how Rock can beat Scissors, but there's no way Paper can beat Rock. Is Paper supposed to "magically wrap around" Rock leaving it immobile? If so, why can't paper do this to scissors? Why can't paper do this to people?
