Hi,

I am a 40+ year old female who enjoys modern romantic fiction writing...the kind of writing i enjoy reading and so I spend most of my spare time doing just that. When at work i am a secretary, also the secretary of my local writing group with whom I have been for over six years. I am married, have a beautiful teenaged daughter and a gorgeous black cat called Samwise and we live in the UK.

I enjoy NCIS (McGee specifically...and Abby), JAG, Enterprise, Firefly, Quantum Leap and Due South and the such so write fanfics on most of those. My music tastes vary considerably enjoying anything from Chris Isaak to Queen, G4 to Phil Collins and various movie/theatre show soundtracks.

I have been lurking on these boards for quite some time but only recently to actually post something. I hope you all enjoy it.

I am quite quirky, quite emotional and reasonably deep and I think that most of my fanfiction reflects this. Occasionally, however, I do write some lighthearted pieces but IMO my best work is done late at night with a single lamp illuminating my keyboard, while the rain is pelting at the window pane.
