My Writing Style: I start with an idea, which I write down and begin to think of a plausible plot outline for. The outline is usually very short and consists mostly of bullet points indicating major points that ultimately lead from Point A to Point B (and all the smaller points in between). After that, I act out and voice possible scenarios for the plot... By this point, the neighbors think I'm pretty weird, having conversations with myself after all. And then comes the first draft for several chapters as I think of them. Cranking on my dubstep music mix, I set to work writing whole chapters in about an hour or so and leaving for thirty minutes. Come back, begin a skim looking for errors. Publishing the chapter. Reading back the chapter in my best narrative voice and finding a few errors (I should probably do this before I publish, but oh well). And finally, wait for comments/reviews to see how my readers enjoyed the plot and seeing if anyone else has suggestions or notices more errors.

My Favorite Fanfic (And no, it isn't mine): "The Grind" by Invader-Sam. An awesome, creative story that first inspired me to begin writing fanfiction all the way back in middle school. In fact, I keep a printed copy of the entire story in a special binder with the cover image on the front.

My Active Fanfics: "Somewhere In Chaos" and "Age of Mobius"

How to Help With "Somewhere In Chaos": Well, first, just be patient. I know this sounds cheap considering how infrequently it gets updates (and the lack of decent KnuxBunnie fics on the internet doesn't help, I'm sure), but this is very new territory for me. Unlike my usual shipfics, Knuckles and Bunnie don't really have much interactions in any continuity, so trying to make the romance logical and believable is proving a bit of a challenge. However, you guys can help by suggesting ideas on what should happen next in the story, through reviews or PMs. I will always be open to suggestions, although the pacing should be carefully considered, so some ideas will naturally work better than others. Also, critiques and helpful suggestions regarding the portrayal of the key characters (Bunnie Rabbot, Knuckles, Sonic, Sally, and so on) would be appreciated since I'm not really familiar with some of them, especially in writing.

How to Help With "Age of Mobius": So if you're not familiar with this project, that's fine, it hasn't even been published yet. I've only mentioned it a few times publicly and I'm still ruminating on how to fit it all together. Nevertheless, I've made quite a bit of progress over the past year in terms of characters, plot, and setting. There's still a lot to be done, but I have a few ideas that I would like to try with this project. First off, I'm accepting applications for user-submitted OCs. Yes, you heard that right. I will be accepting Original Characters from the community, possibly including yours. With a project this big, there's plenty of room for all sorts of characters in a wide range of roles. Below, I've added an outline for details that I need about your character if you'd like to submit one (or more) for the story. I'll talk more about it later, but keep in mind that this is an option available to anyone and everyone. Second, I intend to craft a user-chosen chain of events. What does that mean? Well, as each chapter goes up, I will be erecting a poll on my user page for registered users to vote on. The poll will provide anywhere from four to ten choices for the next chapter. Be sure to note that even the smallest changes can have immense impact on the story. When it gets closer to release, I'll explain more about this feature. The only other way that you guys can help at the moment is to provide encouragement via PMs and reviews.

Age of Mobius Character Profile (Tips and Guide):

Basic Info:

Name: What is the character's real name? The restrictions on this are pretty loose, but must follow one of the three methods used to name characters in Age of Mobius, to create a more cohesive and logical system for names in the setting. The first method is the classic Sonic naming conventions. Using this method, characters are named after nouns, adjectives, and verbs to allude at their powers and distinct qualities. Examples include Sonic for speed, Knuckles for strength, and Tails for his twin tails. The second method is to give the character a common, human-like name. These are less common and tend to be used for females rather than males, but I'm not particularly picky about this. The names should be fairly short and common in spelling and usage, so that they fit with the simplistic manner that Sonic characters are normally named after. Examples of this naming convention include, Amy Rose, Sally Acorn, and Antoine D'Coolette. And the final method is to make up a name. There's no real easy way to classify them, except that they tend to be inspired by some real-world name or concept that helps identify them. Mephiles, Ivo Robotnik, and Lien-Da are among a few. The most important thing to consider when naming your character is to be original.

Age: How old is your character? Mobians age and mature at the same rate as humans, but tend to be recognized as "young adults" by fifteen.

Race: Most characters will be mobian, but it should also be noted what real-life species the character is based. More than anything, this should be considered carefully. Avoid picking races like hedgehog, echidna, cat, wolf, fox, etc. Since these species are already numerous
