Thank you for visiting my profile. At this stage I would simply like to use it as a place where I provide some context around my 1st story.

Maura & Jane & Rob & Rick, was simply a scenario I wished to explore. For any of you who have read it, you can see that it is not a plot-oriented story in the usual sense, but more like a vacation account, collection of scenes, type-of-thing. Although not posted all at once, the story is already written in my mind. I do realize it's not in the 'mainstream'.

I am gratified by anyone taking the time to review and comment; but truthfully, neither positive nor negative comments will substantially change the content of this story. And although a lack of reviews and comments can leave one feeling like they're operating in a vacuum, it can be a blessing in disguise if you want to just stay focused on your original idea.

A bit about me: I am a woman, and live in Toronto, Canada, having moved here with my family over 40 years ago. I have travelled, but not nearly as much as I still intend to, and have an international perspective when it comes to many things. Originally from Jamaica, I'm also a great Anglophile, and a bit of a “Yankee-phile”.

Without giving my exact age, I'll provide a clue by saying that I'm part of the Baby Boom generation, (2nd 'wave', born between '55 & '64).

For the most, part my professional life has been in marketing and sales, but have a strong interest in interior design, and plan to pursue it professionally in the near future.
