Hello, everybody! My name is DemonoftheRoundTable. I have written Downed, Amnesia and am in the process of writing more!

I know it has been a while since I have updated my profile, or even said a word. My last story was a one shot, which received pretty wide acclaim. I would like to apologize for my absence, but some things came up and to make an extremely long story short, I just couldn't find time.

No excuse I could ever make would be the proper response to my absence, and I apologize. I made promises for the future that at the time I knew I couldn't keep, but I still made them anyway. It wasn't fair to all of you to hear that and not get exactly what I promised, so I'm sorry. No excuses, I just completely mismanaged everything up to now.

One really big thing that happened is that I abandoned two story concepts. Cataclysmic, which I have been promoting for months, just could not kick off, for reasons beyond my own comprehension. I just couldn't get into writing it without making it completely ridiculous, and the last thing I ever want to do is make a half-assed PoS, you all deserve better than that.

Another that went out the window was the sequel to Downed, but I'll be honest, that never really stood a chance of getting made anyway. I feel like leaving it where it stands is fine enough.

I do have some one shot ideas that I want to write, but I keep being bothered by various issues, one of which is a constantly changing and impossibly annoying work schedule, prior promises I have made to family, as well as an ever growing list of acquaintances where everyone wants to hang out on the days where I want to be alone and work. Essentially, I have to be social whenever I want to be antisocial.

Below I have an idea for one story, one simple story that will take up almost all of my time. I have had this idea bumming around in my head for months, literally before I ever finished Amnesia, this idea has been there and has only grown to the point where not writing it out will kill me. So, I did, and I have made an extensive list of just how far I want to go with this story.

In the future I will ask you all, my faithful readers, if there are other stories that you would want to read, like a few one shots I have planned or maybe even a second continuous story, but that is in the future. For now, what is below, the general description of the story, is what I have planned.

High School AU: let's face it, it's cliche... And that's exactly what I am! Will this one ever see the light of day? Hopefully not. I like it, but it's... I dunno, I feel like I wouldn't be able to do it any justice. I have two or three idea's just for this line of thinking alone.

Like I said, there are ideas for a one shot here or there, but that won't be until a couple of months. I'll be honest, starting at the end of August I will be going to college again, and the days I'm not there I will be at work, so I'll essentially have two hours, probably less, to myself, every day, where I'll be able to write. And the last thing I want to do is post something and fall back, leaving it into a hiatus status, so whenever I have a good enough backlog of stories is when I'll post it.

Just before school begins is when I'll post the first chapter, and there is when you can let me know if it's something you'd enjoy or not.
