Even though we ship these, if it's a good story, we'll read anything.

Attention Wolverine and Les Mis fans!

According to my math, Wolverine cannot be Jean Valjean. But don't worry! Because I believe that Jean Valjean is not only related to Logan, but is a mutant himself!

Try to follow; let's say that the mutant gene is a recessive gene, and in most males, ok? Ok. According to Les Miserables, Jean Valjean has SUPER HUMAN STRENGTH! Neto, right? He has a sister and I believe she has seven kids, and they're starving. So, they might leave France, right? Now, where would they go? How about CANADA! It's a French civilization and where Wolverine is born! Since Valjean is related to his sister, and they have the same dad, she might also have the mutant gene, but hidden inside her. So, generations pass, and Elizabeth is born, the mother of James Howlett (who later becomes Wolverine)! Since she is still related to Valjean, a mutant, she has the recessive mutant gene as well! Now if another man, say, I don't know, Thomas Logan, were to also have the recessive mutant gene, well, two halves make a whole!

So that's my rant, I'm sorry I put you through this. It would make more sense if you read the Wolverine: Origins comic.

An Important Note on Derek-the-Whistle-Boy:

So, in the 2012 LM movie, there is an unnamed student on the barricade that whistles at the dawn of the second day, alerting the barricade to the oncoming soldiers and this giving them some precious minutes. We think he deserves more. So, we have named him Derek. If you think Derek deserves more recognition for saving the barricade, copy and paste this onto your profile.
