Mrs. Brownloe is my second pen name, the first being Lady Gwynedd. I have moved all of Lady Gwynedd's stories over here and will continue to write under Mrs. Brownloe. Some of the fics I moved only show six or so chapters. That's because I am lazy and found it easier to move several at a time, rather than one chapter at a time. So, all the fics are there, in their original form and length.

I've had a few people ask about my icon picture. It is from the frontispiece of a novel published in 1863, by Maj. W. D. Reynolds, called Miss Martha Brownlow; or the heroine of Tennessee. It is a Pro-Union story about how she saved the Union flag when her home city had been taken over by Confederates. Her name was really Susan but the author changed her first name to protect her identity? I question this because "Brownlow" was her last name and her father was a pretty well-known preacher who later got into government and lived a pretty dramatic life. I don't get it.
