Something a little bit different for 2014. For each fangirl's birthday there'll be a chapter featuring one of the Scott&Bailey characters celebrating their birthday, from paintballing to visiting graves. I'm hoping it will be a jumble of fluff and angst, with plenty of jelly-based party teas thrown in for good measure.

AU Of season 2 . After her niece is found dead, Rachel finds someone isn't who he appears to be... No Sean or Dominic.

Let me introduce you to Julie's family, only she's not overly happy at the prospect of spending a few days with them so Gill offers to help keep her sane and go along with her, much to Julie's mother's delight. Be prepared for the usual Gill/Julie banter, assumptions, revelations and family dynamics.

The Chief Con's daughter is found brutally murdered and covered in dead goldfish behind a burger van at the fair. News crews are already swarming, and so Gill and an already-exhausted Julie are instructed to liaise and deal with the fallout. Wine-covered bed sheets, yellow and pink duck pyjamas, and the customary Gill/Julie banter with angst thrown in.

Set after series 3, for some reason I quite like Dave and Gill together. So my first fic is about them. "She was content in his arms and after so many years of not having him to come home to she realised this time they'd make it work"
