Despite having written proof of his or her wrongdoings, and sent to court on several occasions, CS has not been charged with any crimes. The government suspects the jury of conspiracy, believing they indulge themselves in CS's work, and refuse to sentence their idol to do time.

CS roams free. If confronted, do not attempt to fan girl, for he or she is armed and dangerous, and while the police are looking into this case, clues to CS's identity remain a mystery.
