By day she is a hemostat-slinging surgical tech at a hospital in Seattle. That's technically what she is by night, too; it's not like she has a different job at night or anything. That's just kind of what she does. And since she frequently dreams about surgery, an argument can be made that it is what she does by night. The point being that by day (and night), JAB is very busy.

In whatever spare time she can wrangle, JAB watches Supernatural and writes fanfiction of the same. She tried so very hard not to ship Destiel. She tried so hard she nearly injured herself, to no avail; now a single screenshot of Dean and Castiel staring at one another is enough to elicit wounded animal noises that make her husband look over in concern. Then he sees what is on her screen, rolls his eyes, and goes back to whatever he was doing.

Readers may notice that JAB's medical background comes through in many of her fics. This is not by accident.

JAB tries to update frequently, but alas, life and surgery schedules often have other plans. Rest assured that she is thinking about her fics all the time, and though she loves her job passionately, she would often rather be in the corner of her favourite coffee shop writing about the Hunter and his Angel.
