I was informed just the other day that people do in fact look at my profile. Who knew?

My name is Katherine. I'm mostly just a fangirl with too much time on her hands, but i'm a fairly good writer so I think you'll enjoy most of what you read here. My current obsession is the Bleach fandom (Uraichi OTP forevah!) but I've delved into Kingdom Hearts, Death Note, and a few other fandoms in my time. Please feel free to browse and enjoy.

STATUS OF CURRENT PROJECTS

I've decided to put a few of my Hetalia fanfics up here to see if people like them. I've lots at this point, but i'm only going to post one or two. :)

CHERRY'S RULES OF FANFICTION

1: Authors shouldn't beg for reviews. Please don't. If your story is good enough to be reviewed than people will review it. If it doesn't make that much of an impression than they won't.

2: Author's shouldn't threaten to get reviews. That's lame. You're not getting enough reviews so you're not going to update your story? What kind of stupid shit is that? Don't treat your readers like their some kind of enemies or opponents.

3: Complete OOC is a terrible thing. Come on now guys. Unless you're writing crackfic on purpose, please put a little thought into how your characters would actually act. Is your character really the type to be a prostitute? Are they really the type to be a drug addict? No? THEN DON'T WRITE THEM THAT WAY!!

4: M-Preg?? I have yet to find even ONE mpreg fic that did not make me want to hold myself in a corner somewhere. No. Just no. Yaoi is wonderful...but MEN are MEN. Men cannot get pregnant. If you want to have a character get pregnant than I think you need to write Het.

5: Pieces of work under 500 words are not "chapters". That is a drabble. Don't tease your readers by making them think you've written a "chapter" when you're only going to give them 500 words. That's not cool.

6: Readers should at least attempt to be understanding about long breaks between chapters. Most of us have a life people, so there's no need for reviews like "update fast" or "this took a long time!"...that makes me want to throttle people. Seriously.

More as I think of them? Yes? Don't take this too seriously...this is just how I feel about things folks.
