![]() Author has written 6 stories for Fire Emblem. My name: Just call me Lamby, please. Who the chocolate am I: A really whimsical young adult who loves creative stuff to death. My things are art and writing, I drew my avatar myself. I illustrate some of my stuff on my tumblr!! Favorite fandoms (for lack of a better word): Fire Emblem, mainly. But I do love me some Homestuck and Legend of Zelda. What else? Pokemon, Blazblue... Uh. Those are just my favorites, my list extends much longer than that. I've only written for Fire Emblem so far... :x What's up with me right now: Job hunting. Again. Fics in progress: Daydreams and Nightmares, its support log, and a yet-untitled sequel to Fellblood Son. Possibly some one-shots on the side. Relationship status: Engaged. Other stuff: On second thought, I really need to work on my support log so no update war for you guys. My stories Fellblood Son: First fic posted here. I wrote it during school and showed it to a few classmates (who haven't even PLAYED Fire Emblem) and got some pretty good praise. I posted it on here the very same day, despite hesitation because oh god first fanfic here anxiety anxiety. It's an AU about the future past, wherein Morgan and his twin sister, Morgan are the children of Chrom and Robin. It was a lot of fun to write, but hard because I had this schedule of ONE CHAPTER PER DAY. Naturally, the chapters are all short. Recollection: My first stab at a self-insert, at least, my first stab that I posted. It's an embarrassment; I can write much better than that. The idea was that I got thrown into Awakening for reasons I never mentioned, became Robin, and had my memories sealed into a trinket. Yeah, hard sell, right? Didn't help that my writing with it wasn't too good, either. I had a ton of sideplots for it that I carried over into my second attempt at a self-insert. This fic was discontinued after eight chapters or so. Daydreams and Nightmares: Take two at a self-insert. It's much better than Recollection, and has a different premise entirely. Shanzira is caught between the real world and Ylisse, switching between bodies inhabiting each world every time she goes to sleep. (It makes more sense when you read the fic, it's hard to explain.) This is my fic-in-progress, and I intend to make this good. I've been told that the writing sounds obnoxious, but that's Shanzira's character for you; she's a little childish and immature. This naturally reflects on the writer, because she essentially is my idea of what I might be like in two years. Daydreams and Nightmares: Support Log: I figured I'd keep it in a separate place from the actual fic, since most of the supports won't appear in it. I'll try to keep a faster update pace for the log, since there are SO MANY to write for each character. The supports all deal with the non-canon characters, whether they're talking between themselves or with the canon characters. This will be updated as the fic adds characters. D&N Drabbles: Each is posted as a one-shot, they might be fluffy or sad or whatever. Usually they won't be from Shanzira's point of view, it's like me taking a break from myself. Awaken to Nightmares: This is me satisfying my thirst for something nice and dark. After talking with G2G for a bit and getting yummy spoilers, it makes me go "wow D&N is really lighthearted" so I wanted to add in a dark side without spoiling it for people who like it light. My decision? Write pieces of how the bad timeline would have gone. This is gonna be goooooood. Ahahaha. Update War History Vs Gone2GroundEX (first): I started out great, we kept up a pace of one chapter per day for five or so days. That's the span of that particular war. The first two days, I updated first, but the last three, he did, and I had to push myself to keep up. I grant that war to G2G. Vs Gone2GroundEX (second): Current update war. Doesn't seem that the pace will be quite as fast, as G2G's thumb is still broken, which gives me the advantage. First update is by me, and he's yet to finish his next chapter. I will attempt a pace of one chapter per day and thus kick his ass, but I don't know if that'll be possible. |
