![]() Author has written 12 stories for Lord of the Rings, Silmarillion, How to Train Your Dragon, and Mad Max. This is an old profile...ah well, it's sweet. Hi, I'm Esme, and I'm often getting lost in my own head. I may be 17, or I may be 17,00, so you have to guess. I'm part of tons of fandoms, but I'm new to fanfiction. But I'm having so much fun, and I'm just glad to be writing, so wooohooo, I hope y'all like LOTR. Also, remember, all that is gold does not glitter. You also may notice I use the word Y'all a lot. Am I southern? Well, sort of. Born in Georgia, but moved to Oregon at 3. Lived there until I was 9, then moved to Florida. (Wonderfully strange state.) And then moved back to Oregon at age 12, in a house right across from my old one. I love to bake, and read, and eat chocolate. And obviously write. Though i should really be working on my novel. Oh well. My parents are film makers, and I'm the oldest of three kids. I may or may not be an elf in disguise. Maybe half elf. I'm not all that graceful. i can't take selfies, because i always look grim, and my default expression is deeply thoughtful, so people often think I'm upset. I am prone to anxiety and depression, and I can be moody, but I am very loyal. Very loyal. My friends bf broke up with her at 2;30 in the morning by text, and I haven't gotten over it. Even though she has. My teeth are strange, and the braces are confusing them, and I have long hair which I either need to cut or learn to work with. (update, i cut it) I have an elf dress which I use to pretend to be the queen of Mirkwood, I get very attached to fictional characters, my oc's live in my head and give me advice and cheer me up. (Sometimes it is bad advice. I ignore it. They're dating advice is horrible. And the less sane ones give bad advice about social interactions.) I'm not crazy though. I just like exploring my head. Fun in there. Lots of room. I am known for making a scene on public transportation by pretending to be a new person at every stop, and having loud awkward conversations with my mortified friends. I like to dress up in public, and have gone to book stores dressed as an elf. I am outspoken, political, and can be prone to be scrappy. I monologue to my dog when no-one else will listen. I love animals and children. I have shone a alarming lack of interest in dating, because my standards are far to high. Mostly based on fictional men. I adore my family, and I have no idea what I shall do with my life. But really, who does? Anyway, now you know far to much. A hooded figure from a vague yet menacing government agency will soon appear to steal your socks. |
