Hello everyone.

Some of you, probably very few of you looking at this profile, know me as JoeyzGirl. I was much different back then, 2003 was most certainly quite a while ago. I changed my username to reflect that.

I wrote a few stories that last time I was up here, about five or so years ago. To those of you that left reviews asking me to finish a couple of my unfinished stories, I apologize. I have decided to finish writing Seven Days as a Pokemon. There is an author's note on Chapter 15 (17 chronologically), adding to my apology for abandoning the fic a few years ago. My other Pokemon story was a one-shot song fic, so that one has been completed. My Yu-gi-oh story, however, has been deleted.

UPDATE 03/04/2010: Happy LATE New Year, everyone! ;) So, I realize it's been a while since I updated you all on the happenings, so here you are. I am still in the beta-ing business - right now I have two stories (which is the max amount that I will beta at one time). I Kissed Who? is still in progress, however the wonderful author i'mxaxreader is on a bit of a hiatus with school and writer's block and whatnot. So if you are a Twilight fan, this story is definitely for you. Send her some reviews, cheer her up. ;) The other story is Run for the Sun, fabulously written by OneMillionReasons. It's a neat transformation fic about a teenage boy getting caught in a life-threatening situation, and he ends up sharing the body of an eevee that he was trying to save. Pokemon fans, check it out. ;) Anyway, as for Seven Days as a Pokemon, obviously it's been on quite the hiatus. I'm very sorry, but I still do have the intention of finishing it. With classes and work and this and that and the other, finding the time is tricky. But hey, who knows. Thanks to all the readers that have stuck through my story, I appreciate every single one of you.

UPDATE 09/15/2009: My apologies for such a long wait on the updates of Seven Days, for those of you who have been reviewing and PMing me. I'm a little lacking in the inspiration department at the moment, but hopefully I'll find some soon. I'm really trying to get the story rewritten before I post another brand new chapter. Again, I'm very sorry that it's taking me so long, but hang in there everyone! I'm hoping to get it up very soon. Oh, and I am currently beta-ing two stories at the moment - one is a Twilight fic called I Kissed Who? by i'mxaxreader. It's a fantastic story, especially if you are a fan of Bella/Edward with some Jake on the side, and she is a fabulous author. ;) The other is a Pokemon fic called Another Chance by tatewaki2000. This is one of the most original fics I've ever read, a definite must-read if you are an Ash/Misty fan that loves a bit of drama and lots of action. :D

UPDATE 04/06/2009: For those of you who haven't heard yet, the next chapter of Seven Days is up! :D The rewritten portion is still coming, but right now school is the priority. And, of course, everything always has to be due at the same time. How convenient. Thanks again to everyone who has followed and reviewed my story, and happy Easter!

UPDATE 03/07/2009: Progress on the rewriting of Seven Days is going well, so just hang tight everyone! :) Also, I am proud to announce that I am now beta-ing Fall For You, a FABULOUS fiction written by Live720. If you are a Twilight fan and support Bella/Jacob, you should definitely check it out. Her writing is excellent. ;)

UPDATE 02/09/2009: Just writing to let yall know that the next new chapter of Seven Days as a Pokemon isn't going to come as quickly as the last one did. I have a lot going on with school right now, and since tests and papers have deadlines I need to get those out of the way first. ;) I'm working on the new chapter and rewriting the first few chapters as best I can, so bear with me! Thanks! :)

UPDATE 01/21/2009: Chapter 17 has been uploaded! If you take the time to read my creation, please take the time to review it! I would love to know what you all think; if it's good, bad, any suggestions or constructive criticisms would be extremely helpful. :) Thanks to those who have added my story to their favorites. ;)

I attend college - I am a junior, and I can't wait to graduate - I'm so over school.

I am a history major; minor in political science. To be completely honest, I have no idea what I want to do with the rest of my life yet.

I love animals; I once thought of being a veterinarian, but later found out I can't deal with blood. And I suck at science. Ha.

I have two cats, and I love them to death.

I love life in general. It's too short to not to make the best of it.

Christmas is my all-time favorite holiday, and it makes me happy to spend money on other people and have an excuse for it. :)
