When they come out from Moria, everyone is sad and all but Legolas is acting strange. Stains of red flows down from a mortal wound on the elf. Now they must make haste to Lothlórien if they wish to save him.

An ill-fated rescue mission leaves a wounded Legolas in the hands of the enemy. Time is running out: can Aragorn save his best friend in his hour of need, or will the Prince of Mirkwood fall? Friendship and lots of angst - not a slash fic :)

Legolas is hurt... Aragorn wants to fix him. That's pretty much it. This is an old story written a good few years ago. I still kinda like it though. What do you think?

After apparently taking a wrong turn in a mysterious forest, something happens to Legolas. Aragorn doesn't know what's wrong or what to do, so he takes the elf to his father in Rivendell, but Elrond has no answers, either.
