Unless you accidentally clicked on something by mistake to get here, I'm flattered you want to know more about me! Unfortunately, there's really not much to tell. I'm a pretty unexciting person. If you're here from the PJO universe, welcome! You can tell Percy is serving as my writing inspiration lately. If you're here from the Stargate universe, welcome as well, although it's been far longer since I wrote for you! (In fact, I'll tell you now: just avoid all that earlier stuff down there. Someday I'll remember to go back and delete it. I'm not even sure how I got a account that young, much less why my parents were letting me watch Stargate of all things...)

I feel like I should just leave a general disclaimer up here: none of my incomplete stories are abandoned! "An Olive Branch" is taking a little reworking now that "Mark of Athena" and "House of Hades" came out (seriously, I love you, Nico, but your storylines keep killing my interpretation of the whole PJO universe), and believe it or not, MoA/HoH ended up affecting "DeMistified" too. Blame Rick Riordan!

But speaking of "DeMistified" even though I'm way behind on the times: it was nominated for Best AU in Round 8 of the Phoenix Awards! I don't know who nominated it, but I just wanted to say, thank you so much. You have no idea how much that meant to me; I'm sorry I can't thank you personally! If you happen to be reading this and do want a shout-out, please let me know. I really would like to let you know how amazed I was by it :) (Have a one-shot idea you'd like as a thank you in place of a shout-out? I can do that too. It was an *incredibly* unexpected honor!)

Thanks to everyone who's been reading, especially since I've had to take these extended hiatuses. I'll be back on top of these soon, I promise! And if it makes you feel any better, the actual writing for "DeMistified" is done. It's just editing and getting ready to put up now, since I want to make sure everything works with no more giant hiatuses. I don't think any of us wants that again...

UPDATE, 11-17-13: More Phoenix Award news; you guys are amazing! "Don't Stab the Messenger" actually WON "Best Oneshot" for Round 10 of the Phoenix Awards!!! (And I try to hard to avoid triple punctuation marks. This one is worth it, though!) Thank you to anyone who voted for me, and again, especially to whoever nominated me! Seriously, this has really been overwhelming, support-wise. I can't stop smiling. I'll try my hardest to be worthy of it, and I think that means getting back to writing my butt off so I can finally finish my PJO stores.
