Author has written 30 stories for He-Man, Real Adventures of Jonny Quest, Stargate: SG-1, Psych, Numb3rs, NCIS, Supernatural, Sherlock, Dark Angel, Closer, and Major Crimes.

Updated 08/21/2017 (the day of the eclipse in these environs)

I've been writing since I was 12 years old. Without context, that's pretty meaningless, so I will add that I was 12 in 1983.

I've only been writing fan fiction since the end of January, 2003, and my readers will tell you that I took an extended leave of absence from posting here from about 2013 till 2016. That doesn't mean I wasn't writing, just that I wasn't posting. Here are some lists that you all may find interesting.

Incomplete & Unpublished - Single Fandom

Castle [1] Dreamworks Dragons [1] The Flash (TV 2014) [6] Jonny Quest [1] NCIS [8] Numb3rs [1] Psych (sequel to Karma) [1] Sherlock (BBC) [2] Star Trek (2009 reboot) [1] Star Trek Enterprise [1] Stargate: Atlantis [3] Stargate: SG-1 [8] Supernatural [11] X-Files [2]

Incomplete & Unpublished - Crossovers

Masters of the Universe (2002 reboot) x Jonny Quest (sequel to Mistaken Identity) [1] NCIS x SVU [1] Numb3rs x Closer (this one crosses with a number of other fandoms, but most of them are drive-bys) [1] Supernatural x Closer (aka FGD LA, or the sequel to Season of the Witch) [1] Sherlock x NCIS [1] Supernatural x Flash [2] Supernatural x Leverage [1] Supernatural x Saving Grace (aka Azazel's Plan B Part 2: Friends) Note: Saving Grace is definitely the lesser half of this crossover. [1]

Incomplete & Published Here - Not Currently (or Soon) Updating

A Good Man's Friend (BBC Sherlock) Highest Bidder (MotU 2002) Once a Cop (Supernatural x NCIS -- only has about 2-3000 words left, so hopefully soon) Revelations & Regrets (MotU 2002) Starquest (Stargate: SG-1 x Jonny Quest) Uh No! (Stargate: SG-1) Whumped (Stargate: SG-1) Your Brother's Keeper (Numb3rs) Really just lacks falling action. The serious stuff is complete.

Completely Posted or Posting with an Unfinished/Unpublished Sequel

Ardesco (Stargate: SG-1). This one is complicated. There is a sequel that has not been posted here but which is posted elsewhere because of its content. There are also several unfinished sequels that follow it. I have not yet written the story where preslash converts to slash. Azazel's Plan B Part 1: Family (Supernatural). This is set to be four books long. The immediate sequel, Friends, which is close to done, is longer than Part 1 by a third. No work has yet been done, other than pie in the sky plotting, on the other two books. Bird Dog (NCIS). This sequel's barely started, but has an almost complete plot. Corporate Policy (Jonny Quest). The immediate sequel currently lacks falling action. There are other sequels in mind, because of course, the story itself demands a sequel that isn't the one that's already written. Also, Starquest references events in Corporate Policy and the unfinished sequel. We tend to think of it as possibly AU from the Corporation Continuity, however. Eyes Only (Dark Angel). I had originally intended to wait to publish this one till I had written the second part, because as it stands, the tale is fairly short, though complete. Finally decided, since I have done no work on it, that the sequel will come in its own time or not at all, and I might as well publish what I have. Interchangeable (Stargate: SG-1). Barely begun, though ideas exist on where it's going. The problem is that this one intimidates me. Interchangeable has been nominated for awards, and I am very proud of it. It's one of the best things I've ever written. I don't want to spoil that with a crappy sequel. Left Turn of Fate (Supernatural). Anyone who has read this one knows there's a sequel, Warning, Bumpy Road Ahead. What they do not know is that there are story ideas that follow this Sam and Dean all the way into college, and possibly beyond. This particular premise has a lot of scope for future events. All that's written so far is about half of the sequel. Mistaken Identity (MotU 2002 x Jonny Quest). This tale is very frivolous in many ways, and almost doesn't deserve a sequel. That being said, the sequel presented itself to me and told me to write it. Who was I to say no? Unfortunately, the momentum didn't last long enough to complete it. It will happen one day. It's fun to frivol from time to time. ;) Rebound (NCIS). The idea of a sequel is all that exists. Oh and the insistence on the part of nearly all my reviewers that Brody can't really be dead. This belief has not been killed off, apparently, by my providing a whole different version of the Brody story. LOL. Revelations & Regrets (MotU 2002). Nothing is written but notes for the sequel, but I recently realized that the currently posted story ends on a cliffhanger leading to a sequel. Readers of it are going to want to lynch me, not so much because of the cliffhanger -- it's been hanging for a good long time already -- but because I'm going to post about 500 or so more words and call it done . . . after a wait of just over eight years. I quake at the thought. Season of the Witch (Supernatural). The sequel to this was born out of the delightful image of Brenda Johnson interviewing Dean Winchester. It's been done a number of times since I wrote the beginnings of this, but I'm sure there's room for another interpretation. There's actually a lot more going on than that, but that's where it started. This is Not the Karma You're Looking For (Psych). A significant portion of the sequel is written, but nothing has been written on it for some time. In a sense, Heidi Fellowes is not yet done with poor Shawn. Alas.

Aside from the sequel to Ardesco, there is also another completed SG-1 story that has been posted in elsewhere due to content, and it has a sequel that lacks only the falling action.

As you may guess from these lists, I write a lot, but I'm not always so good on the follow through. I want to work on that, but it becomes difficult when I start watching a new show -- The Flash, for example -- and want to start all new stories. I didn't even include the ones that are the barest starts on stories in these lists, which actually leaves out several fandoms.

After several disasters (Highest Bidder and Whumped come to mind), wherein I started posting an incomplete story with all good intentions and then failed to finish writing the tale -- so there's literally nothing more to post -- I made a personal rule. I do not post fics until I've actually finished them. It seems to be a recipe for disappointment for me and my readers both. Forgive me, I thought Once a Cop was done when I started posting, and it wasn't . . . quite. It's the falling action I seem to stop short of, often. Once a Cop and Your Brother's Keeper are both examples of the main story being done, and I just haven't tucked away the loose ends tidily yet.

Given the above statement, there is little point, dear Reader, in making suggestions, as you read Chapter 13, for what you think should happen in Chapter 20 -- or whenever -- because the story is actually already written. Some of them have, in fact, been written for years, and have been edited repeatedly over that period. This produces deep embarrassment from time to time when I discover an error that I somehow missed on the twelve or so read-throughs I've done.

Please realize that I am an author who does not always take the shows exactly as they come. My Jonny Quest universe is an idiosyncratic amalgam of the Classic show and TRA that leaves out any reference to alien lifeforms. My SG-1 universe tends to disregard any episodes that involve Teal’c and Jaffa of the opposite gender apart from his wife. In NCIS, Tony DiNozzo and his father are complicated. I named his father very firmly before the show actually introduced him, and I didn't notice the middle initial D on Tony's name badge in the episode Frame Up, so Tony and his father are stuck with the middle name Leonard as I made Tony a III before it came up in the show. It just seemed to fit. DiNozzo senior's personality is also very different than what I've seen so far . . . but I am woefully behind on NCIS. I don't think I've seen much past 7th season

Overall, I have a penchant for crossovers and AUs, which I know don't match everybody's tastes. In the case of Supernatural, I seem to have a particular liking for alternate histories.

Please read and review. It's how I know you folks are out there besides the slow ticking up of the numbers of hits/visitors on my traffic page.
