Author has written 3 stories for Care Bears, Recess, and How to Train Your Dragon. Hey there! I think it's time I give myself a somewhat passable profile, having had this account for close to ten years now. The Works/Update Schedule *at the moment, Steel and Spice is on hold. With COVID-19, my work has been closed since mid-March. I've been focusing working on art, which I can sell, rather than writing until this all blows over. Hope everyone is staying safe and healthy out there!* If you came here because you've been unfortunate enough to stumble on to one of my fanfics, you may be able to deduce that I have the habit of abandoning stories. That will change soon, hopefully! I have had a few other profiles but I eventually deleted those or they are inactive, because I'm not especially proud of how some of those stories were written (some as early as when I was 12-13, so over ten years ago *cringe*) or I just simply forgot the log-in information. At the moment I have a Care Bears and a RECESS fic that are 'in the works', but what I really mean by that is that life got in the way of me writing and I struggled to pick them up again. But with due time, I hope to revisit the same plots. Steel&Spice As always, any feedback is massively appreciated, it's honestly what keeps me going when I am struggling to be creative. Your reviews mean a lot to me. A little about Rummybones: I'll try to make this somewhat short and not sound like an online dating profile or resume... I'm a walking dichotomy - I love the original Nelvana Care Bears, the original My Little Pony, Rainbow Brite and all sorts of cute cartoons from the time, but I also am a huge follower of horror, sci-fi and thrillers. The combination kind of makes my writing and art a bit... odd, to say the least. So I apologize, because I tend to take some pretty tame young-audience fandoms and put my weird twist on it, and sometimes the product is borderline inappropriate, or I know the average person would look at them and have a genuine WTF response. On a similar note, my music tastes range from The Smiths to Enya to Amon Amarth and Slayer. Like I said... walking dichotomy. So, things I generally like: art, video games, horror, body mod, Studio Ghibli, cooking, expanding my music collection... and of course, writing. It's not so much related to this account, but if you're interested in seeing my sub-par art, I have a DeviantID: lwall19 And, if you're in the same fandom and wanna talk to encourage each other or just throw ideas and theories out, feel free to message me. Us writers need all the encouragement we can get! ;] |
