Update: August 3, 2019

Updating just to say to everyone it's happening. Silent Kingdom is officially done, and at the time I write this, I just uploaded the first chapter of the next story, the White Mask. It's separated from the Silent Kingdom so that already massive behemoth doesn't just keep growing larger.

Can't wait to hear back on it, and like I said last time I updated here, I'm going to try to keep myself to a monthly schedule at least, but I have other writing jobs that may take priority now and again.

But I'm very excited to keep working on this story, and happy to accompany Link and the gang on one more adventure.

The White Mask

Set in the world of the Twilight Princess, twenty-seven years after the Twilight Invasion. A violent cult among their citizens and a looming empire on their border, Hyrule never knows peace for long. But this time may be different, with an ambitious young emperor seeking new glory for his great nation, and an undermining force attempting to chip away at Hyrule from within. And in the distance lies a greater threat than any Hyrule has ever seen, dwarfing even the villainy of Ganondorf, the King of Darkness himself.

Aged and tired, Link picks up his sword one last time to lead a new generation of heroes against the coming darkness, but greatest foe of all may come from within...

Devil May Cry: Retribution

Probably going to start this over after I play DMC5. Based on what I've seen in the trailers, a post-DMC5 setting might just work far better for the story I want than post-DMC4.

Status: On Hold due to DMC5.

The Silent Kingdom

A What-if story set in the wake of the Twilight Princess. Link, Midna, and Zelda are the only survivors of a dark magic that has turned every living creature and plant in Hyrule to stone. Now, they journey to a far away land of magic called Mystara to find the one responsible, and a way to save the kingdom. Lots of new friends and enemies await them as they explore this new land, and little do they know, the three of them will eventually decide the fate of not just Hyrule, but the entire world. Status: Complete.
