![]() Author has written 13 stories for Dragon Age. Hello! On the Bioware Social Forums, I go by Corker. My most complete list of fan fiction is hosted over there, and it includes all the MA k!meme stuff I can't post here. I'm the anon responsible for the Randy Rogues, Odessa Amell, Spectacles Surana and the Broken Dolls series, among many other fills. It also includes many shorter stories or scenes which seem a little trivial to post here. So what is here? Dragon Age: Elvhenan series Dragon Age: Elvhenan: Grey Wardens Neira Surana and Zevran Arainai must unite various factions in Brecilia against the coming Blight after Zathrian betrays the Primus Kallian Tabris and the Wardens at the battle of Korcari Fortress. Neira is torn between pride and love as she finds herself attracted to the Avvar berserker hillman Alistair. Complete. Wild Blood: A tribe of Chasind wilders fleeing the Blight settle on the slopes of Sundermount. When Merrill, an elvhen sorceress, and her guardian allan'isa Leto arrive bearing a token from the Witch of the Wilds, the tribe's younger witch, Hawke, finds her life turned upside down. Complete. Vashti Mahariel pulp adventure series The Search for the Dragon's Claw: The First Warden has recognized the Dalish homeland as separate from Ferelden, and has named Vashti Mahariel its Warden Commander. In token of this, the ancient Warden dar'missan called Dumat's Spine is sent from Vigil's Keep to Ostagar. Its companion dagger, Dumat's Claw, has been missing ever since the Black Fox stole it from the Orlesian Wardens a hundred years ago. Following hints from the Black Fox ballads, Vashti, Ariane, Finn and the dog set off for Orlais, facing arrogant Orlesians, mad cultists, and the trackless Tirashan Forest in their journey. Complete. The Demon Queen of Kirkwall: Coming soon! The Tanneret clan arrived at Ostagar with news that the Sabrae, Vashti's clan, were guarding a dark secret on the slopes of the Sundermount. The Warden and her companions set off to see if they can destroy the demon and allow the Sabrae to return home, but they arrive too late... Legends and Lore Kreimheld and the Tezpadam: Once upon a time in far-off Kal-Sharok, a hardworking girl of the Artisan caste fell afoul of her stepmother's wicked plan to ensnare a Noble husband, so as to live beyond their caste. Rated K+. The Black Fox and Karolis: Gather 'round and buy the storyteller another ale. This is how the famous bounty hunter Karolis went in search of the Black Fox's head, and instead became his right hand. Rated T. Avalyn: The famous Orlesian knight was raised among the Dalish her entire life. This is how the elvhen remember their daughter. Hallbera: Beowulf as a dwarf woman, set during the First Blight. Part One (the fight with Grendel, who becomes an ogre in this piece) is in alliterative verse; Parts Two and Three are prose. Other Stuff Shot Through the Heart: Varric worries that he'll lose Bianca to the handsome Starkhaven archer with the long fingers and sexy accent, so he sets out on a campaign to ensure her affections. Humor, if that wasn't clear. Rated M for an f-bomb or two. The Short Happy Life of Kirkwall's Seneschal: Despite the title, there are neither lions, water buffalo, nor character death in this one; just a few brief hours where love and courage overcome fear. Entry into the "Mark of the Assassin" fanworks competition. Halamshiral: Merrill's past has been pursuing her. This is its journey's end. Entry into the DA: Asunder writing competition. Warning for character death. The Affairs of Dragons: Competitive parenting, dragon-style. Do good mothers use cultists? Are city elves as nutritious as free-range Dalish? Other Stuff Off of This is my big page of fan poetry and song. And as long as I'm shilling, this is the Minstrels of Thedas project. I'm writing lyrics at the moment. They're being recorded by a lady with a lovely voice, a great knack for writing melody, and electronica and piano accompaniment. It sounds as good as any filk CD on my shelves. |
