Author has written 21 stories for Harry Potter, Buffy: The Vampire Slayer, Heroes, Psych, Supernatural, Glee, Sherlock, and Teen Wolf. The most up to date information on all of my fanfics is available on my livejournal. Also, I do read and appreciate all feedback. Thanks guys and happy reading! 2/8/12 - I recently received a review expressing confusion when it comes to Breaking the Stone and how drastically the writing changes when you hit chapter 7 and why the author name changes from Harikari to Nox. I'm sorry for the confusion and here's the explanation. I wrote BtS way back in 2003. Years later I went back and edited chapters 1-6. But I ONLY edited chapters 1-6. I never got around to chapter 7 and beyond, which is why when a reader hits chapter 7 the name they see is Nox and why the formatting and some of the writing is pretty terrible (what they're seeing when they hit that chapter is my old high school pen name and my old high school writing skills). I would like to one day finish up my editing of BtS but right now it isn't a priority. I hope that clears up any confusion. 9/18/13 - I posted a variation of this message on my livejournal months ago. I apologize for not posting it here sooner. I no longer have any intention of finishing ANY of my WIPs. I'm making a clean break from my unfinished fanfiction and plan to focus on my original writing. I am a firm believer of 'never say never', but for now this feels like it will be at the very least a VERY lengthy break from fandom. If I ever do work on fanfiction again my WIPs or new stories will not be posted online until they are completed. I apologize to those who were hoping any of my WIPs in my various fandoms would one day be completed. I know I've replied to many comments readers have left over the years with promises to update, saying I did have plans to update this fic or that fic. I did in fact intend to update them all -- I even have rough drafts of future chapters written for a number of the unfinished fics and I have endings and plots outlined for all of them. But at this point it doesn't look like I'll ever have the time or the motivation to seriously work on any of them again. I have WIPs that date as far back as 2004 (not updated since 2007), so it is definitely past time to stop leaving readers wondering and just come out and say I am no longer going to update. Thank you all for all of the comments, reviews, interviews, conversations, replies, emails, PMs, recs and critiques over the years. I appreciate each and every one of them -- good, bad or ugly they all helped me grow as a writer and made me feel like I was a part of the awesome that is the fandom community. |
