I'm a 22 year old girl...and I'm addicted to fanfic. Right now, I've been reading a lot of Star Trek 2009 fics (I still keep up on my fav Twifics though) and I've noticed that there just aren't that many Kirk/Chapel fics so I'm contemplating writing one.

Anyways, I'm an English major so writing is kind of a prerequisite, you know? I've been writing fanfics for a while now, starting with Star Wars and I have to say, going back at some of my 'earlier works' really makes me cringe. Sometimes I really want to delete that shit but if anything, it's a testament to how much I've grown as a writer. So...don't read those early stores. Just don't. Thanks. I also loathe my penname but I think it's too late to really change it. Oh well.

Let's see...I live in the crappy state of Wisconsin and I'm currently molding the young, impressionable minds of high school sophomores and juniors. Scary, ain't it?? Ha!

What else...I swear like a sailor and that comes through in my writing (at least I hope it does), I've also been working at a video store for the last three years so I have a wealth of useless knowledge about movies/movie trivia. It comes in handy every once in a while and you'll notice frequent pop culture references in my stories and I like it that way.

Just so everyone knows, Edward Cullen has officially ruined me all men for me. No one will ever be able to compare. Ever. Except maybe Chris Pine/Kirk...hmm...

Update on my stories:

Bleeding Love: This baby will absolutely be finished! Promise, promise, promise. We've all come too far with it, gone through too much angst with it to not see it finished. I've just hit a teeny, tiny wall/writer's block with it so I've been taking a little break from it. But it will be finished. I just can't give you a set time frame on when that will happen.

P.S.-- A BL playlist might be in works. Just so you know.

Untitled/New Story: So...I've been cheating on "Bleeding Love" with this one. If all goes as planned, it's going to be Doucheward/Snarky Bella at their finest. It's such a relief to be writing something that isn't so serious and angsty and to just let the humor flow (at least I hope it's funny). I'm currently loving writing BPOV and EPOV...it's a blast!! I'm still on the fence of whether or not I should post this now...or when BL is finished. We shall see.

The Miseducation of Bella Swan: This one is currently discontinued. As it turns out, the absolute last thing I want to do when I come home from teaching is to write about teaching. I thought it was going to be the opposite but I guess I was wrong. Sorry to anyone that was in love with it...but I just wasn't that into that story. Maybe, when summer rolls around and student teaching is over and done with I'll come back to it, but I can't make any promises.

The Outside: Probably discontinued forever. I just ran out of steam with this one and then BL happened and well, sorry.
