Hi, my pseudonym's Katie, and I guess that's what you're going to have to know me by, since I refuse to divulge my name to any who don't know me. For those of you who understand the concept of online address books, I'm sure you understand.

Anyway, I write Yu Yu Hakusho fanfics(been watching the show for nigh on three years now), and I'm also a fan of Noir and Silent Mobius. Although such things aren't posted here, I also write original fiction, some of which is posted on .

Mostly I'm your common writer: crazy, strange, distant, and very amusingly poetic. As you can see through my stories, I have somewhat of a romantic side, but I have to have action in my plot, or something going on or else I'll drop it.

For a while I was obsessed with every single Tenchi series that I had ever seen on tv, but now I prefer more of Noir and Yu Yu. If only Silent Mobius were still on...

As a writer, part of the process for me is listening to the right kind of music. As most of you fellow authors must know, it's very difficult to pick exactly the right cd to listen to while you are writing. Mine varies from Linkin Park's Meteora to Josh Groban's Closer to Yuki Kajiura's fiction(Yuki Kajiura does the music for that stupid series known as dot hack, but more importantly, she does the music for Noir, so that is mostly why I love it).

Speaking of music, I've been playing the piano for about six years now, and among my repertoire are Departure from Rurouni Kenshin, Canta Per Me from Noir, Zero Hour from Noir, Snow from Noir, Starless from Rurouni Kenshin, and a few Inuyasha songs. It's so much fun when you're good enough to learn stuff on your own!

Oh, and the name Katie was randomly generated; I decided one day that I wanted to name a character Katie, and so I turned her into a Yu Yu Hakusho character. Soon enough, due to my affinity for Kurama, I turned her into his lover from the past. Even though the movie Poltergeist Report showed some of Kura's past, it's still not set in stone as to what the rest of his band of thieves was like.

Well, I guess I've told you everything you'd ever want to know about me as a writer, and then a few things that really won't help you in your later life, but heck, I have way too much free time on my hands, since I am a master at making my own. Did I mention that I love to speak French?
