Greetings to the fine folk that moderate our site.
I, along with many, have been writing and posting on your fine site for years now, some of the better examples of up and coming writers out there are are now suddenly finding some of the stories we've come to love at risk of being removed without the chance to even rectify our errors.
For some, that means the permanent loss of a story. While I don't have anything that (I believe) violates your terms of use, there are those out there that are never able to recover a story in it's original form, this is something I find to be almost worthy of a legal action, as while we cannot claim ownership of a character, the stories are OURS and simply destroying them is something that is inexcusable.
It's quite easy to simply add an MA rating, additional filters or even a simple requirement for a free membership to read the stories presented here, and would cut down on hateful anonymous reviews and posts at the same time, so I have to question as to why such a thing, in all this time, simply wasn't added.
If you're worried about falsification of a registration then have an appropriate disclaimer and then there can be no dispute, you took your steps and the PARENTS didn't monitor their children, if that is even your concern. If it is more of a personal view or desire then please at least let people know and give them a chance to remove a story that you and yours find offensive, most people on the site are actually rather cordial when it comes to such requests.
While I cannot say for sure if this letter will even reach those that may be willing to listen, of if it's more akin to a wide spectrum purge in preparation for something bigger, please understand that you are going to be looseing a LARGE number of your writers, and thus your income from a lack of readers if there is not some level of action taken to help with this situation.
For those that may agree with this, please fell free to sign on and send this to the support server, maybe we can get some movement on this.

X.A.N.A. Lives: List of new characters

Melody Haven. Age: 15, hair color: blonde, Height: as tall as Yumi.

A junior at Kadic Junior High School, very ill, a daughter of a wealthy family in France, ally of X.A.N.A. A young lady who's mother was swindled by three corrupted doctors when Xana revealed the corrupted doctors' true nature, nearly died but Xana made the cure and save her life. After Xana saved her life; she hang out with Xana when he put her in statist inside the Guardian until he finish the cure. She develope a major crush on Xana even if he didn't understand it.

Lyoko Avatar: An Nun who control the four Elements.

Weapon: Staff

Attacks: Fireballs: small orbs of fire that are projectiled from her staff, Wall of Flame: summoned a moving wall of fire that appeared in front of Melody similar to the Megatanks, Twister: forms a twister by spining staff doesn't not gave damage just warps targets to any sectors of Lyoko, Icicle missiles: Lanches Icicles at targets (only work in Ice Sector), Acid Rain: Summoned a rain cloud that released acid water that with rapidly drains the Life pts of any target under it and can melt down the ground.

Defense: Earth Shield: Creates a floating shield formed from the ground in any sector but the Ice Sector, can be destroyed by losing 300 Life pts. Ice Shields: Creates mini shield formed from the ground, can be destroyed by losing 150 Life pts.

Healing: Water Tears: Can restore lost life points to the MAX but can only use it once every visit in Lyoko.

Prototype. a sphere-shaped robot created by X.A.N.A. Artifical-life of its own, loyal and Ally to X.A.N.A.

A machine created by X.A.N.A. for the Kadic Junior High School robot competition, has two red light eyes, extension arms and legs to scale buildings, detachable claw-like hands remote control by Prototype, contains laser beams inside of eyes when Master X.A.N.A. is in danger. Develope feeling by listening to Melody Haven. Have a built-in scanner inside of brain to virtualize its mind into Lyoko.

Lyoko Avatar: A robotic version of Chaos from Sonic Adventures XD with laser cannon in the palm in his hand that causes 50 pts of damage.

Abilities: Shapeshifting: Shapeshift into Anyone's Avatar even X.A.N.A. Liquid Metal: Melt into a puddle of liquid metal, travel faster than Lyoko Warrior's vehicles.

Wolf: 90 Life Pts.
A black/gray wolf-like creature created by X.A.N.A. Fastest monster on land, can climb mountains, trees and glaciers, have two different ways of attacking; Bite: It charges at the enemies and bites anywhere on the enemies and cause 20 Damage Pts, Soundwave Laser Bark: Creates a soundwave combined with the laser from its mouth that can damage more then one target and causes 70 pts of damage. Location of Eye of X.A.N.A.: Face.

Tortoise: 20 Life Pts.
A Brown Tortoise-like creature created by X.A.N.A. Origin of Idea: Learning the Glapagos Tortoise from Herb Pichon. Slowest monster in Lyoko and has the lowest life points but make up for its impenetrable shell, it can even hide inside its shell to block attacks even Aelita's Energy Field, have two different ways of attacking; Laser: Fires a laser from its mouth that cause 40 pts of damage, Barrage Cannon: A machine gun-like cannon on top of its shell and unleashed a uncontrollable barrage of lasers while spinning can cause 10 points of damage. Location of Eye of X.A.N.A.: Underside of the Belly

Mermaid: 140 Life pts.
A aquamarine/turquoise Mermaid-like creature created by X.A.N.A. Origin of Idea: Learning about Mermaids from Melody Haven. Weapon: Trident, Floating enemies that fire lasers from its trident that cause 50 pts of damage, stabs its targets with its trident that causes 25 pts of damage and unleashed a wave of water that causes any target to fall into the Digital Sea. Location of Eye of X.A.N.A.: The back.

Anglerfish: Unknown Life pts.
A Anglerfish-like creature created by X.A.N.A. Purpose of creation: Find and collect data bits of Waldo "Franz Hopper" Schaeffer. No weapons but makes up for high speed in the internet, uses it escas to collect Data Bits of Waldo "Franz Hopper" Schaeffer. Location of Eye of X.A.N.A.: The face.

Pegasus: 100 Life pts.
A white Pegasus-like creature created by X.A.N.A. A strong flying monster of Lyoko, can run on land and fly in the air, can catch up to Lyoko Warriors' vehicles, have two different ways of attacking; Laser: Fires lasers from its hooves in the front that causes 45 points of damage, Feathers: launches feathers from its wings that Lock-on to its target that causes 20 points of damage. Location of Eye of X.A.N.A.: the Face.

Gorilla: 100 Life pts.
A black Gorilla-like creature created by X.A.N.A. The powerhouse creature of Lyoko, can climb high landscapes and fights only with its fists and legs. Weapons: Fists and Legs. Laser-charged Punch: Lasers diverted to hands, can destroy landscape of Lyoko and cause 50 pts of damage. Laser-charge quake: Charges lasers to its legs, when jumped into the air and lands on the ground can cause a laser-shockwave that causes 60 pts of damage. Location: Forest and Mountain Sectors. Location of Eye of X.A.N.A.: The Chest.

Penguin: 60 Life pts.
A black and white penguin-like creature created by X.A.N.A. A three-to-six creature group that as an excellent abilities in teamwork. Can swim in the Digital Sea to launch attacks at Lyoko Warriors and slide on its body to increase its speed. Laser: fires lasers from its beak, can cause 30 pts of damage. Spinning Torpedo: Can launches itself as a torpedo at Lyoko Warriors, can cause 20 pts of damage. Location: Ice Sector. Location of Eye of X.A.N.A.: The Back.

Chameleon: 40 Life pts.

Giga Owl: 160 Life pts.
A Owl-like creature created by X.A.N.A. A Dark feathered creature with target-lock abilities to destroy any intruders to Lyoko. Can fly fast as a jet and destroy the Lyoko Warriors' Vehicles by the touch of its wings. Laser: fires lasers from its beak, can cause 40 pts of damage. Talons: if captured in its talons, it can squeeze the life pts of anyone, can cause 10 pts of damage for every squeeze. Transportation: Can lift any two large creatures of X.A.N.A. in the air, used them to attack any enemies in the air and drop them in any location of the sector. Location of Eye of X.A.N.A.: The Back.
