I'm a full-time geologist, but I love to write as well. I'm a huge Monty Python fan, and The Holy Grail is one of my all-time favorite movies. Some of my fanfics will be based on that one. Hope you enjoy them, caution however that I do tend to get a bit obsessed. When reviewing, please keep that in mind and be gentle! Some of my Python fics have been removed because they are in script format and violate 's guidelines. I've also been a big fan of Stargate SG-1 since around early-mid Season 6 and I've been writing a lot of SG-1 fics as well. I'm a Sam/Daniel shipper so most of my stories include this pairing. I write both romance and friendship fics. If you don't like the pairing please don't flame - just don't read them. I don't need any 50-page letters or 5-word sentences decrying "incest." Thanks. I also ship Cam/Vala.

My feelings on ship in fan fiction: Basically, ship and let ship. I realize my preferred pairings are very unpopular and you know what? I'm perfectly fine with that. I won't bother anyone about who they ship as long as they don't bother me. I like to have fun with ship, and honestly, life is too short to take it so seriously and get way too obsessed with it. So, sit back, write good fic, and have fun with it.

My Stargate fics can also be found at my site The Science Twins (see my homepage link above). There you'll find some fics that aren't up on because they contain song lyrics. If you're interested, please give them a read and let me know what you think. The version of "A Tale of Spilled Coffee" that appears on my site has chapters that have some song lyrics in them (I had to omit them when I posted here). Apart from that, there's not a huge different between the site version and the version.

I'm also a big fan of Supernatural. Started watching the show around mid-S2. I've just started writing fic for it and I have a few short stories posted.

And finally, I'm a long-time fan of Doctor Who (saw my first episode in the very early 80s... Tom Baker era!). I've recently started writing some fan fiction for it so I will post a few of those as well.

Update 1/7/18: I've just started working on a sequel to my Doctor Who fic "You Can't Go Home Again (Or Can You?)." It's the first story in what will be a series following Jamie McCrimmon's time back on Earth after the Twelfth Doctor returned him there at the end of aforementioned fic.

Update 7/8/17: I know it's been ages since I was active on here and in that time I have written a few more stories (which I hope to upload here soon). I've got a couple of Doctor Who one-shots that I will post as well as an ongoing longer fic.

Update 6/22/11: So I've written a couple more Supernatural one-shots (the last one I just posted the other day). I still plan on writing a longer fic, which I hope to get back into soon. I also hope to pick up my Stargate WIP again. It's just a question of getting the muse fired up. My life has just been really involved - dealing with an ailing dog and I'm getting married in just over 2 months. But I really hope to update again soon. Thanks for reading! :)

Update 10/26/09: Again I apologize for not doing much in the way of Stargate. I seriously hope to change this soon. I just finished another Supernatural fic, a Halloween type one-shot heavy on fluff and some humor. Hope you guys like. :)

Update 5/3/09: Sorry I haven't updated much of my Stargate stuff. Hopefully I'll have more time to devote to it soon. I did get bitten by a plot bunny not long ago, so hopefully something will come out of it. I just uploaded my first Supernatural fic; hopefully it's not too bad, lol

Update 5/7/08: I haven't had much fic to offer lately - sorry about that. RL has been crazy the past couple of months. I am working on a fic at the moment (Sam whumpage with team friendship and S/D ship later on), and hopefully it'll be ready to upload soon.

Update 9/19/07: Sorry I've been a bit MIA but two months ago I was seriously injured in an accident. Since then I've been recovering pretty well, but I haven't had much opportunity to write. One Final Gift has been put on hold - hopefully not for too long, but I have started writing a new story to help me cope with what's happened. I'll start posting it fairly soon. In the meantime, my good friends Amaranth Traces has posted a story she co-wrote with Thraesja that's, er, very loosely based on what happened.
