I'm currently at university, training to become a teacher. Tumblr - Favourite Harry Potter Quotes: "I don't go looking for trouble. Trouble usually finds me" "Well, I had one that I was playing Quidditch the other night," said Ron, screwing up his face in an effort to remember. "What do you think that means?" "Listening to the news! Again?" "Dumbledore's man through and through," said Harry. "That's right." "I like a quiet life, you know me." "There's no need to call me sir Professor." "Oh, are you a prefect Percy? You should have said something we had no idea." "So light a fire!" Harry choked. Fred: Oh get out of the way, Percy. Harry's in a hurry. Ron: Can you believe our luck? Of all the trees we could've hit, he had to get one that hits back. Ron: Right, you've got a crooked sort of cross… That means you're going to have 'trials and suffering' -- sorry about that -- but there's a thing that could be a sun… hang on… that means 'great happiness'… so you're going to suffer but be very happy… Trelawny: "Would anyone like me to help interpet the shadowy realms within their orb?" "We tried to shut him in a pyramid, but Mum spotted us." "Mr. Moony presents his compliments to Professor Snape, and begs him to keep his abnormally large nose out of other people's business." "Yeah, someone might slip dragon dung in it again, eh, Perce?" said Fred. "That was a sample of fertilizer from Norway!" said Percy, going very red in the face. "It was nothing personal!" "You're alive," she said blankly to Harry. "Well...when we were in our first year, Harry--young, carefree, and innocent--" "But we're not stupid -- we know we're called Gred and Forge." "I hope you're pleased with yourselves. We could have been killed -- or worse, expelled!" "Harry, don't go picking a row with Malfoy, don't forget, he's a prefect now, he could make life difficult for you..." "We're not doing anything new?" said Zacharias Smith, in a disgruntled whisper loud enough to carry through the room. "If I'd known that, I wouldn't have come..." "Not until Montague reappears, and that could take weeks, I dunno where we sent him," said Fred coolly. "Anyway, we've decided that we don't care about getting into trouble anymore." A week after Fred and George's departure, Harry witnessed Professor McGonagall walking right past Peeves, who was determinedly loosening a crystal chandelier, and could have sworn he heard her tell the poltergeist out of the corner of her mouth, "It unscrews the other way." Malfoy glanced around. Harry knew he was checking for signs of teachers. Then he looked back at Harry and said in a low voice, "You're dead, Potter." "I don't want to stay here overnight," said Harry angrily, sitting up and throwing back his covers. "I want to find McClaggen and kill him." To the well-organized mind, death is but the next great adventure. In dreams, we enter a world that's entirely our own. If you want to know what a man's like, take a good look at how he treats his inferiors, not his equals. September 2015 I haven't abandoned Trust in Me, real life is just getting in the way and I don't often have a lot of time for writing. I am still writing though, and am slowly working on the story. When I eventually start updating again, you shouldn't have long to wait between chapters. Thank you so much to everyone who has reviewed or messaged me about the story or added Trust in Me to their favourites or alerts. |
