Author has written 5 stories for Final Fantasy: Tactics, Code Geass, Final Fantasy VII, and Sword Art Online/ソードアート・オンライン. Writing was always a passion of mine, for almost as long as I can remember. No movie, television show, or video game was ever able to convey as much as the written word. That emotional connection is what I strive for in everything I write, as it's what always drew me so far into a book that I'd lose sleep over it. I want to make people smile, scowl, or cry with just a loose handful of words on a page. It's that desire to inject emotional connection to a fictional character that drives me to write. I want people to wish my characters were real, to desire to meet them, as I did growing up. I want them to live inside each person who reads my work. I've still got a long way to go with that goal, but I've no intention of giving up. The Lion of Ivalice is my baby on , and it's what I have devoted the past year for when I have time to write. The other things I post here will never live up to it's plot or the love I poured into it, but I'll probably throw up little fun works from time to time. Upon completion of TLoI, I'll be moving on to my own projects in the hopes of being published, most likely by trying to get them up as eBooks. I've definitely got plenty of writing I'm ready to put out there for the world, so hopefully it's as well received as that story has been. The fan reaction to it has completely blown me away, and I appreciate every single person who even glossed over it and enjoyed just one chapter. The boyish excitement I felt when I was informed it was given it's own Tropes Page was something I haven't experienced in years, and it pushed me even harder toward my goals as a writer. I figure if people are able to enjoy a fanwork at that level, there must be something I'm doing right. So, here's to hoping I can do the same with my own ideas and characters. To those who enjoyed anything I've written and wish to see what I end up doing with my own work, should it be published, feel free to send me a Private Message. If it ever gets to the point where it's published, I'll get you a copy free of charge. |
