What, you think because I'm a writer, I know what I'm supposed to write here? All right, I'll give it a shot. Round these parts, I go by Renarde Rouge — or Red Fox, to those of you who don't parlez français — and I'm just your average, run-of-the-mill wannabe author. As much as I love writing, I don't think I'm quite good enough to publish any of my silly scribblings, so for now I'll just mess about on this lovely website.

I am a devoted fan of books. Classics, mostly. My favorites being The Count of Monte Cristo, Cyrano de Bergerac, The Phantom of the Opera, Les Misérables, and Notre Dame de Paris, more commonly known as The Hunchback of Notre Dame.

I don't watch a lot of television, but I find myself strangely addicted to Fringe.

I have a handful of movies which I watch all the time, and of which I never tire; namely Amadeus, The Princess Bride, and old Disney movies, back when Disney actually had integrity.

And I'm hopelessly sentimental. You have been duly warned.
