Huh...just realized I hadn't updated this in a long while...like ever. Wow. So...who am I? No one more spectacular than anyone else. Just your average mom and grandma trying to get through college and make something of myself before I'm retirement age.

I began this fan fiction writing adventure with Criminal Minds but eventually found crime scenes too taxing. So, having rediscovered a relatively obscure western that I loved from the late 80's to early 90's, I shifted focus to historical fiction and specifically westerns. I really love that genre.

When I started, I had no idea where this journey would lead. I only knew that I was so proud of myself for having completed a story that I had to share. My early writing is rough at best and the temptation is always there to "fix" it. I resist only because I like seeing how far I have come. I know that I am a much better writer than I was at the start. I still have much improving to do but I am proud of what I have accomplished.

I am also grateful for the friendships I have forged through this wonderful medium. Who knew that writing silly stories would lead me to some powerful friendships that have bonds stronger than family?

Please enjoy my little offerings. I regret that I cannot update/post stories more often right now but college is hard and even harder when you haven't been in a classroom in over 20 yrs. I still love writing and all my readers. I just lack time that isn't taken with work, chauffeuring my family around, homework or fussing over my new grandbaby.
