Hello to all the 10's of people who may actually read this. My name is Joie, and I'll be your tourguide today. If you look straight up, you'll see all of my 'vital' info: name/e-mail/ticket to Hell/etc.

If you look below you, you'll see all the loverly fic that I've been able to archive here. Some of the extreamely racy stuff is on my LJ safely flocked away from underage eyes. I'm not a very prolific writer. Most of what I write is below the 500 words range. I do pride myself on my drabbling skills, however. I love the challenge that comes with fitting so much into just 100 words. I'm working on a new series (again, mostly short shorts) that explain my "personal cannon" in the HP-verse. I likely won't start to post that until I've had a chance to write several characters. Each character with their own chapter. I welcome con-crit, and already have several in my reviews. All I ask is that if the story is short, it is most likely meant to be that way, please don't comment saying so. I don't post WsIP, except in the case of a series that may be related but not meant to be read in any order.

As for personal stuff, I'm 25 and a and work in broadcasting, while I take a break from school. I'm from a small midwestern town that's next to a rather large river. I write/read almost exclusively slash or gen, with a little het thrown in once and awhile. Umm...what else...I'm bisexual (or maybe pansexual, haven't quite got that far in the personal introspection) I love cats, adore shows like House, Psych, Medium, and Crossing Jordan. I joined fandom in 2001, and my first story was and Orlando Bloom/Mary Sue NC-17 fic that I posted here (and have long since deleted). I like to think I've improved both in writing and in taste since then.
