Belle arrives early enough to stop Gaston shooting Beast, but that doesn't mean everything is all right.

What if Beast wasn't fatally wounded by Gaston, but that in turn meant that Belle never confessed her love? With the spell permanent, an unlikely ally by their side, and the threat of a counter attack by the villagers looming, the strength of Beast and Belle's relationship is about to be put to the test. Will it be able to survive? Or will it all just fall apart?

Gaston once told his sister that if he lost her, it would break him. He was being a manipulative tyrant then, but he had no idea just how real and terrifying it would actually become! Gaston comes face to face with a trial he's never had to deal with before, out of his control. Will Lissa survive? Even if she does, it is even possible for Gaston to regain her trust? Or too late?

"Hey, what are big brothers for?" Gaston smiled. As long as he did the right thing, she would always be proud of him. Imagine what it would be like if Gaston had a younger sister? Her best friend is Belle, the inventor's daughter who Gaston has a big crush on, and her other friend is Lefou, Gaston's biggest fan . All she ever wanted of him was for him to do the right thing...

"And into the forest I go, to lose my mind and find my soul" The arrogant hunter and the Beast must work together! What could possibly go right? AU- In which Gaston *and* the Beast fall into the ravine. And some enchanted stuff is going to happen. Beast/Gaston. Gaston agrees to help Maurice much later than he does in the movie, and him leaving Maurice to the wolves is what Belle sees in the mirror. The last petal falls while Belle and Beast rescue Maurice. How will they move forward with life? Can they still lift the curse or at least reanimate the staff? Can Gaston see the error of his ways? (Inspired by ladivina's A Place Called Home)

Inspired by ladivina's oneshot "Anything", this is my take on Beast's regret for what his decision to release Belle means for his servants. Kind of an alternate ending, and not a happy one. You have been warned.

Based on 2017 movie. What would happen if Belle had been attacked and badly wounded by wolves in her way to rescue Maurice from the mob? Would she survive? What about Maurice? And can the curse be lifted?

This is AU. Beast gives Belle her freedom but he still wants to help her in another way. Starts after the ballroom scene and deviates from there. Some dialogue is taken from the movie and eventually the Broadway show.
