Author has written 12 stories for Sound of Music, and X-Files. I'm more of a reader than a writer. I just love words; I think words are magic. Words can create and they can destroy; they can reveal and they can conceal. Words have the power of pleasure and pain. I have a great respect for words and the thoughts that drive them. So it's with some trepidation as well as excitement that I add to this site. I was born and raised in the South Bronx, New York and am of Puerto Rican descent. I have a Bachelors degree in psychology, and though I don't work as a counselor, I find that my schooling has given me something precious: a lens through which I look at the world. Well, one of many lenses that I use. I love reading science fiction, mysteries, and the classics. I enjoy watching talent based reality shows (like So You Think You Can Dance and American Idol). And I love the Food Network! :) I sing and play the guitar. I love almost all music genres, but I have a special fondness for classic and 80's rock. |
