![]() Author has written 8 stories for Labyrinth, and Good Place. I currently write solely for Labyrinth, but I have written for Doctor Who in the past and am currently reading in the Labyrinth and The Good Place fandoms as well as fic for various fairy tales. (10/9/17: Oh, all right! I wrote a fic for The Good Place and I loved it.) My personal tastes lean toward Dark!Jareth, though I'll take him any which way I can get him. However, if he's not paired with Sarah, I'm not interested. Truthfully, this site is way outside my comfort zone. I spent many years on Teaspoon and then the past couple of years on AO3. But I recognize the appeal of this particular fanworks archive and I do love to participate, so I'm posting here as well. Explicit stories will be edited to comply with this site's posting rules. The stories, posted as I intended them to be, are on AO3. I love feedback and I love interacting with people in the fandom, so if I don't respond, please don't take it personally. I'm still getting the hang of this site and its posting and replying etiquette. Notes about my stories He Who Trespassed Against Us: The less said about this fic, the better, not because I don't love talking about it (I do), but because talking about it spoils it. It was intentionally written to encourage the reader to read it a second time to pick up on all of the details he or she may have overlooked the first time. Everything you need to understand it is embedded in the fic. There are no differences between the version of this fic posted here and the version posted on AO3. This fic turned out to be more controversial with readers than I expected, and sparked a pretty lengthy discussion in the comments on AO3. I have recommended that people who are interested in learning more slide on over to that site and read the comments. I've received criticism for suggesting it, and I suppose that's valid, but recreating over here the points brought up in those comments makes me feel as if I'm dropping anvils on your heads. I'm anti-anvil-to-the-head. Mad World: This was my NaNoWriMo project for 2016. This fic has been heavily edited to comply with the posting standards of fanfiction dot net. The original can be found on AO3. This fic was conceived as an attempt to subvert some of my favorite Labyrinth fanfic tropes. I thought, "What if someone else traps Sarah Underground? What if there is no gorgeous bedroom, no beautiful wardrobe, no (*gulp*) indoor plumbing? What if Sarah's family remembers her, and they suffer her loss?" I kept a few of the tropes, the ones that the story couldn't work without (this is a J/S story after all, and if they don't fall in love, what's the point?), but there are some themes in this story that I'm not sure I've seen elsewhere and I'm excited to share them.
