25/6/19 - I'm still alive. I haven't abandoned anything. I've been terribly busy, but I've found time to write a paragraph or two every once in a while, so progress continues. If I get a bit of free time I'll dedicate some of it to getting a chapter finished and uploaded.

Additional Notes: I actually have the entire storyboard for this written already, and it has the potential to turn into a multi-part story, or have an offshoot like I have planned for the Mass Effect story. It'll likely be a pretty long story as it starts a good while before the game does, though it has timeskips to keep things on-pace and interesting. I don't see many Noct x Iris stories, so it also has that going for it. The story will see a LOT of alteration with the lore and I'll be borrowing elements from what FFXV was originally going to be. Noct and his friends are going to be extremely powerful compared to their in-game counterparts, and we'll see a lot of original Royal Arms as Noct is heading out in his journey much earlier than in the game. However, that doesn't mean they won't struggle. It just means that the struggles they face will be greater as well. This story will see a lot of side quest activities as well to help flush out the world around them since there will be some pretty major differences in the story.
