So, today I'm at work and I realize: I'm in the mood to write fantasy. I didn't know if I wanted to write original fantasy, or a fanfic for Once Upon a Time. I just know I wanted to write something. Then I get home and see a guest review for Princess, Apple, and the Horn, asking when the next chapter was. I thought for a moment, then started typing. Low and behold, the long overdue next chapter has been written and published. I always intended to finish the story... I think I just got overwhelmed and ahead of myself with the story, writing it before it was fully developed. But it's back, and I've already started the following chapter (which *SPOILER* contains a lovable cannon character from Horse and His Boy). So look forward to that and hopefully I won't draw out the suspense too unnecessarily long.

And to you, mystery reviewer, I humbly thank you for poking me about this story. I truly do.

A few people have asked me about my name; it doesn't refer to the city of Phoenix. A phoenix just happens to be one of my favorite mythological creatures. :)

*Doctor Who: Magus's Mirrors The sequel to TTA. Emily continues her journey through time and space with the Doctor. The Doctor takes her to a place a ways off in the galaxy sometime in the future. But the world might be a bit 'farther away' than the Doctor anticipated.

*I'll See You in HellVery short fanfic describing the few short moments that followed Bela and Dean's phone conversation at the end of Episode 15 Season 3. Rated T just to be safe, for violence.
