I live in Washington State (on the Pacific coast) with my husband, Don, and my two active boys Nathaniel and Jonathan.

My hobbies include massive amounts of reading, gardening, snow skiing, piano, and other sundry activities. My favorite is my small home business, Lemongrass Spa. I love having the chance to go and pamper women. Besides, who does not like a foot soak with friends?

I do not write as many reviews for other writers as I should. My early New Year's resolution it to try and leave more feedback. One too many writing classes has left it impossible for me to write reviews of only a few sentences. Combined with momhood makes a deadly combination.

For those who have requested an update (thanks folks!) after the next chapter comes, the rest should appear more quickly. Between school (my kids), playdates, gymnastics, health appointments (again, kids), kindermusik, organizing a vendor show, stubborn characters, and all other distractions like oh, cooking dinner, laundry, and all those necessary things, writing has taken a bit of a back seat. Please bear with me, I will hurry as much as possible. Thanks!

Good morning!

I have not forgotten nor totally neglected 'Battle.' However, real life reared its ugly head, as did a couple of the characters. The first half of the next chapter has gone out for beta. It currently stands at seven pages and counting, so forgive the long delay. My schedule calms down in a couple more weeks and I hope to spend some serious time finishing this before moving on to the next project: painting the interior of the house! Anyone in the Redmond, WA area want to come help in exchange for a cameo appearance, a foot soaks? :)

Thanks, folks, for you patience and understanding! Honestly, as a "stay-at-home" mom, I find I am rarely there!

Good day!

I carved out a bit of time to write a quick little scene. Funny how sometimes the characters yell loudly until the writer gives in and writes their scene. I will admit to poking fun at people who take a fictional universe a little too seriously, and look forward to seeing how many noses I can tweek with this one.

Although I do not leave many reviews, I do attempt to read everything posted here. It takes dedication and ambition to write, and people should receive recognician for making the attempt. Bravo to everyone who makes the time to develop a story, write, edit, and publish.

As a couple people have asked, yes, I have something in the works (ok technically two things) but life's explosions have prevented me from spending as much time as I would like writing. That and L4D2. Love that golf club! As always, I attempt to spend time each day writing.

Obviously I am great at updating the profile. I love messages and review and try to respond to each one. Even if you hate it. I am trying to write more humor or odd ball pieces, so look for some one shots. Yes, Wade and Susan, I promise another fluffy piece. At some point.
